Our products are stocked in Australian warehouses, so nothing ships from overseas. If an order includes items from different warehouses, they may arrive in separate parcels.

We currently ship within Australia only. Some remote postcodes and PO Boxes cannot be served by our carriers. If that affects your order, we will contact you and offer a full refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not arrived within the estimated time, email us at hello@chillwag.com.au with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will sort out a replacement or refund.
