Questions, answered

Who is the round bed for?

Cats and small dogs who like to curl up and rest their head. The sleeping area is about 50 cm across and the whole bed is about 75 cm in diameter.

Do I need to chill it first?

No. It has a pressure-activated gel core, so there's no power, water or refrigeration involved.

How do I clean it?

Wipe it clean with a damp cloth. The surface is waterproof, so muddy paws are no match for it.

Where is it best used?

In the shade or indoors for the best cooling. Direct sun warms the gel.

How fast is shipping?

Free tracked shipping from Australian warehouses. Orders usually dispatch within 1-2 business days and arrive in 2-6 business days in metro areas. Allow longer for regional areas.

Can I return it?

Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Faulty items are covered under Australian Consumer Law. See our returns policy.

How do I contact you?

Email us at hello@chillwag.com.au or use our contact page. We aim to reply within 1 business day.
