Do I need to freeze or refrigerate it?

No. The gel core is pressure-activated, so it works without water, power or a fridge. It draws heat away when your dog lies down and recharges when they get up. Your freezer can go back to storing ice cream.

Which size should I choose?

Measure your dog lying down, from nose to base of tail, and pick the size they can stretch out on. Small is about 50 x 40 cm, Large about 90 x 50 cm and XL about 95 x 80 cm. Between sizes? Size up.

Can my dog's claws damage it?

Sharp claws and enthusiastic chewing can puncture gel mats, so keep nails trimmed and supervise at first. If the cover is punctured, remove the mat.
